ANGKASA PURA SUPPORTS ACHIEVE AWARDS IN INDONESIA HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) AWARDS 2021
Angkasa Pura Supports achieve the Best HR Management for The Outstanding, Interactive, and Comprehensive Learning Center to Elevate Employees Capabilities and Performances award in the Transportation category organized by Warta Ekonomi. This award adds to the APS’s confidence in developing Human Resources (HR).

The theme raised in this year EMPOWERING HUMAN RESOURCES as THE CORE of ECONOMIC RECOVERY is in line with the Company’s focus where Angkasa Pura Supports believes that good human resources are one of the main factors in the current economic recovery, where the Covid-19 pandemic conditions that have been occurred for more than 1 (one) year resulting in a transformation in the field of manpower which was marked by the incessant use of digital technology which led to automation and digital exchange quickly and in real-time in all aspects. With all these changes, there is no doubt that the development of the quality of human resources (HR) is the key. In the corporate context, that role is clearly in the Human Resources (HR) department, which is the spearhead of employee competency and career development.
In conducting research for the 2021 Indonesia Human Resources (HR) Awards: Empowering Human Resources as The Core of Economic Recovery, the Warta Ekonomi research team conducted a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method used is media monitoring by utilizing the Boolean technique and analyzing various news content in the mainstream media and social media. The media monitoring period is carried out from March 2020-March 2021.
The text pattern and content of the news from the results of the monitoring media using the Boolean technique will be quantified based on the assessment indicators. To further strengthen the assessment, the Warta Ekonomi research team also analyzes the annual reports of companies to find out the strategies, programs, recruitment systems, and digitalization transformation in corporate HR. The assessment indicators used in the 2021 Indonesia Human Resources (HR) Awards: Empowering Human Resources as The Core of Economic Recovery include reputation, innovation, and national and global competitiveness.
