
Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Nine Tourism Ecosystem BUMN signed a memorandum of understanding to provide integrated services based on information technology. “Collaboration in providing integrated services is conducted by nine Companies which are subsidiaries of the Tourism Ecosystem BUMN, which will later become members of the Tourism and Supporting BUMN Holding,” said Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) of Tourism BUMN Holding and Supporter Edwin Hidayat Abdullah, quoted from the official statement, Tuesday (27/7/2021).
The 9 Companies BUMN are PT Angkasa Pura Supports (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura I), PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II), PT Aero Systems Indonesia (a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk.), PT Angkasa Pura Hotel (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura I), PT Gapura Angkasa (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II), and PT Angkasa Pura Logistik (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura I). PT Angkasa Pura Kargo (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II), PT Aerojasa Cargo (a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk.), and PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo (a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II).
The integrated service includes personal assistance at the airport, baggage delivery, in-house parking, lounges, and hospitality-related services such as hotels. This integrated service will be base on information technology. Prospective airplane passengers can get services easy, for example, with just one step of ordering, travelers can reserve in-house parking at AP II airport, then get personal assistance and lounges at AP II airport, after that travelers stay at hotels managed by AP I, and get services baggage delivery from Garuda Indonesia.
In addition, Integrated services are expected to support the recovery of the tourism sector after the Covid-19 pandemic.”This will provide a seamless journey experience for airplane passengers, especially for those who aim to travel after the pandemic and improve customer experience, as well as strengthen health protocols,” explained Edwin.
