Today, Monday 15 January 2024 PT Angkasa Pura Suport (APS) held an online opening activity to commemorate National K3 Month simultaneously in 15 branches. This agenda was followed directly by Plt. Main Director of APS, I Dewa Gede Mahayana, Branch Manager, Supervisor, and HSEQ.
The 2024 National K3 Month commemoration carries the theme “Cultivate K3, be healthy and safe at work, maintain business continuity”. This warning is a momentum to remind us of the importance of K3, in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace.
I Dewa Gede Mahayana conveyed to all employees of PT Angkasa Pura Support to implement occupational safety and health consistently in accordance with applicable statutory provisions so that the K3 culture is attached to every individual who participates in the company and increases work productivity. As a form of implementation, each branch is invited to collaborate with parent/client/other parties to commemorate National K3 Month by holding roll call/ceremony, blood donation, joint inspection, training, socialization, and other activities with the aim of increasing awareness and compliance with K3 norms. It is important for our company to see the correlation between investment in K3 and performance. Companies that increase investment in the K3 sector, the rate of work accidents and work-related illnesses will decrease and the end result will be better performance and productivity.
